Diagnostic Assessment : what I want to achieve at TESOL MALL

What I want to achieve at TESOL MALL  are a lot in my mind.
First of all I want to improve  myself a lot.  Since I am in teaching field , it will help me a lot to motivate and lead me to have confidence.
Second, I want to enjoy my life by doing what I wanted to do. Theseday most people have no time to do what they hoped to do. As for me it seems to me that being student is the most enjoyable thing in the life time.
and last I want to be learning how to write , speak and teach well not only to students but also everyone even to myself. Especially I am really hoping to improve debating skill since I didn't have any chance to have opportunity so far .

plagarism thoughts

I think plagarism is of course bad and the thing should be prohibited. But  For the bigenner to write an assey is not easy on something. So we need to learn how to have our own opinion and state what we think. Even I don't have any skill how to express what I am thinking and not used to explaining my idea well so is writing. So I understand somehow why students do plagarism. But on any account, plagarism thoughts can not be justified and  listed like our own idea.  I expect to learn how to organizw my thoughts after I find what I am interested in , study how to write so that I would be able to have my own thought  here on this blog not plagarim thoughts
